1.2083/ 420/ 4Cr13 Introduction

1. 2083 is a tool steel in the group of plastic mold and stainless in matesitic (AISI420)So, it can stand for corrosive and can be quench to enhance it's strength together with corrosive resistance properties.Hardness can reach up to 56 HrC , this also benefit to polishing properties and can do texturing.Suitable for plastic mold that need corrosive resistance such as amino plastic,thermoplastic which has severe decompose of acitic acid as well as PVC plastic

   1. For (transparent) plastic moulds with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance requiements, such as PVC mould.

   2. Suitable for all kinds of precision machinery, bearings, electrical, equipment, instruments, transportation vehicles, household appliances, etc.
   3. Used to manufacture parts resistant to atmospheric, water vapor, water and oxidative acid corrosion

   4. Used as a hot oil pump, valve plate, valve bearing, medical equipment, spring and other parts with higher hardness and high wear resistance.
